Winners of 2006: BelgiumThe divepools used by the ESL are based on the official divepool as established by the International Parachuting Committee. In fact, the divepool for the AAA class is identical to the IPc divepool. The divepools for the other classes are derived from this by reducing the number of blocks in the divepool. The resulting divepools are the same as those used by the NSL, thereby allowing to synchronise competitions not only within Europe, but also with the USA.
A further difference between the classes is that the number of sequences drawn per jump is different for different classes. In the table below you can find an overview of the various classes:
